Mimi has been in the financial industry since 2012, starting as a Client Service Coordinator and Marketing Manager with LPL Financial. She worked as an assistant to Andy Southworth at LPL before following him to Thurston Springer in early 2019.

As a Client Associate for Thurston Springer Financial, Mimi believes that each client who walks through the door should be treated as if they are our only client. She has developed deep and lasting relationships with Andy’s clients over the years and her objective is to be available and accountable for any client need that arises.

Mimi has a BS in Business Management, is a Life Member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association, a past board member and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, a Kentucky Colonel, and is a chorister in her church choir. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
