Starting as a financial advisor in 1995, he advanced to serve as Chief Compliance Officer at The Legend Group, where he supported the firm’s expansion from 200 to over 800 registered representatives. His subsequent roles at Lincoln Investment Planning, Summit Advisor Solutions, and most recently TradePMR, reflect his expertise in managing complex compliance frameworks and supporting scalable advisor platforms.
